Super Eagles head coach, Peseiro officially joins Nigeria Football Coaches Association

The former FC Porto coach, Jose Peseiro, took over from Augustine Eguavoen in May 2022.

The manager of the Super Eagles, Jose Peseiro, has formally joined the Nigeria Football Coaches Association.

The Portuguese manager made an announcement on his social media page after getting a diploma from the association.

The diploma issued by Flying Eagles coach, Ladan Bosso, the association’s chairman, is to welcome the coach to the association officially.

In May 2022, the former Venezuelan manager succeeded Augustine Eguavoen as manager. Since then, he has managed 7 games, winning 2 of them.

The 62-year-old is making every effort to ensure that he connects with the proper people, as demonstrated by visiting a number of his players at their clubs, as well as joining the association of coaches.

In a recent development, the former Sporting CP coach turned to his social media accounts to announce his membership.

“Honoured to have received the Diploma given by the Nigeria Football Coaches Association and to have become officially a member,” he wrote.

Peseiro is anticipated to announce his team for the encounter with Guinea-Bissau in less than a few weeks as part of his preparations for the forthcoming AFCON qualifying match against the West African side.
