Job Title: Team Lead, Bancassurance

Job Description
- Manage and drive the Bancassurance business between the banks insurance partners across all Retail segments including SME and Business Banking.
- Referral management, product mapping, launch campaigns to deepen product penetration, digital acquisition, training and development of the work force on Banca and HMO products.

Requirements
- 7 years sales experience in Financial Services(Insurance or Asset Management), with a minimum of 3 years managing teams in Insurance.
- Relevant industry certifications in Insurance.
