We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid work model)
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform and sell PFL products and services.
- Answer questions about PFL products or the company
- Engage customers to understand client needs and close sales
- Handle grievances and objections to preserve the company’s reputation
- Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Document and report customer feedback
- Maintain great customer relationship for increased brand equity
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process client orders in an accurate manner
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal Skills
- Working knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
- 1 year proven experience in financial services and similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially excel
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
