Saraki Says Uyo Crowd Is A Great Message To Nigerians

The massive turnout for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential campaign’s flag-off in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, according to former Senate President Bukola Saraki, sent a powerful message to Nigerians.

As previously reported by Ezenwoko’s Blog, Atiku Abubakar’s PDP presidential campaign formally started on Monday in Uyo.

Social media platforms have been flooded with photos from the event showing a sizeable number of supporters.

In response to the event’s success, Saraki wrote on his verified page on Facebook that the former vice president is capable of resolving the country’s security and economic problems.

“Yesterday in Akwa Ibom State, our party PDP sent a great message to Nigerians. Our candidates have the ability to end insecurity, improve economic growth, and make people’s lives easier,” he said.

In his statement, the former senate president also said that Atiku Abubakar’s campaign, which officially kicked off yesterday, October 10, 2022, will undoubtedly unite Nigerians.

He did point out that the party would eventually gain enough support to extend the goals of its flag bearer to other regions of the nation.

“From this launch, a new chapter has been opened. We will not be too weak to continue spreading our candidate’s goals in other parts of Nigeria,” he said.
