The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) has introduced the use of USSD code as an option to the SMS process of generating JAMB profile code for registration.

The use of the USSD code commences on Friday, April 30.

This new USSD Code for JAMB was created because service providers continued to extort candidates by deducting N50 SMS charges at each trial to generate a profile without a positive response.
Now, this new method would ensure that candidates don't spend money unnecessarily.
