1.	HOUSE OFFICERS	MBBS OR BDS from a recognized University and evidence of provisional Registration with MDCN.
2.	INTERN PHARMACISTS	B. PHARM from a recognized University, and evidence of provisional Registration.
3.	INTERN MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTISTS	B.SC OR BMLS MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE from a recognized University and evidence of provisional Registration.
4.	INTERN NURSES	B.SC from a recognized university and evidence of provisional registration.
