French PSG midfielder could play an important role in Chukwueze’s transfer to AC Milan

AC Milan want to land Chukwueze, but Villarreal want another player in return

Laliga side Villarreal want AC Milan to add French midfielder Yacine Adli to their bid for Super Eagles striker Samuel Chukwueze, Soccernet reports.

AC Milan have been linked with Nigerian forward Chukwueze this summer. The Nigerian attacker’s contract at Villarreal is set to expire next summer, and a move away from th club looks certain.

Soccernet reported that the Rossoneri had made an opening bid for the 24-year-old winger. However, they may need to improve on their offer.

Milan Post has reported that Villarreal want Milan to add Yacine Adli to their offer before a transfer can take place.

Adli is a French-Algerian attacking midfielder. The 22-year-old started his career at PSG before joining the Rossoneri in 2021. But he is yet to become an integral member of the team as he spent last season on loan at Ligue 2 club Bordeaux. He is currently valued at €8million per Transfermarket.

Reports suggest that Chukwueze has already agreed on personal terms with AC Milan. The club needs to agree on a price with Villarreal.
