Throw Back: Remember Kanu's son from the famous Peak Milk video? He's all grown up now
Many Nigerian sports fans will always remember the well-known “Papilo” peak milk video, which featured Kanu Nwankwo, a top player for the Super Eagles at the time.
A few years later, the same peak milk video produced a magnificent video advertisement with the former Nigerian international, this time with his son, who is seen wanting to emulate his father in the advertisement.
The “Kanu Nkwankwo and Sons” video, which was enormously popular, and succeeded the storied “Papilo” Peak Milk Video, entered advertising folklore.
The son, played by Sean Nwankwo, talked about how his father has made him proud by winning numerous awards and records, leading the Nigerian team to an Olympic victory by scoring the game-winning goal in their 4-3 semi-final victory over Brazil, and winning African Best Footballer of the Year in the same year.

Following the victory, Kanu's impressive performance for Ajax, and even his country piqued the interest of the Italian Serie A side, Inter Milan who secured the signature of the striker.
Kanu, who was set to make his team debut, soon received a heart condition that could have ended his career. However, the Nigerian's determination to play on made him accomplish much more later, including winning the UEFA Cup with Inter Milan in 1997–98, two Premier League titles with Arsenal, the FA Cup with Portsmouth, and even having one of the most international caps for his country.
As said in the video, Kanu gives his kid a motivating speech in which he explains that his determination helped him beat the sickness and go on to accomplish much more.
