The Nigerian ladies were looking to get back to winning ways against the Coffee Growers but could only since to new low even with the World Cup around the corner

Nigeria, on Saturday, sunk to a new low in football after the Super Falcons fell to 1-0 defeat at the hands of Colombia on matchday two of the Revelation Cup in Mexico.

Only three days ago, the nine-time African champions suffered a similar narrow loss to hosts Mexico in their first match of the four-nation invitational tournament.

All hopes of making amends against Colombia were, however, dashed as a fifth-minute strike from Linda Caicedo handed the South Americans the victory in their first-ever clash against Nigeria.
