“SETTLING DOWN IN LEON 📍 Our first recovery session ahead of our opening match of the inaugural Revelation Cup tournament against the hosts Mexico on Wednesday 🔥” the tweet reads.
Last year, Waldrum’s girls had a poor run as Zambia’s Shepolopolo, who took third place bronze at WAFCON 2022, showed them the exit.
Following this, the manager will be looking to return the girls back to winning ways, with the Women’s World Cup slated to hold in New Zealand and Australia in July.
For the WWC finals, Waldrum’s squad is placed in a group alongside Canada, Australia, and Ireland.
