2023: Daddy Freeze Reacts As Atiku ‘Simple Man’ Campaign Goes Wrong
Media personality, Daddy Freeze has reacted to a subtle campaign carried out by a petroleum economist, Dr Ahmed Adamu to portray the presidential flag bearer on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar as a simple man.
This comes after Adamu via Twitter on Wednesday disclosed that he recently booked the former Vice President a VIP room for him to watch a football match, but he (Atiku) declined the offer and insisted watching in a general section.
Following the gesture, Adamu described Atiku as “a very simple man” in a bid to appeal to the emotions of Nigerian youths ahead of 2023 general elections.
Adamu tweeted, “I took @atiku to a public Cafe to watch a soccer match, and I booked a VIP room for him. When he came he said, “Dr Ahmed, this is so elitist. Take me to a common section where everyone goes.” Then, I took him to a general viewing hall, and joined other people. A very simple man.”
Reacting to the tactic, Daddy Freeze urged him (Atiku) to go and live in places like Obalende or send his kids to Yaba tech, then he can take the politician seriously.
