VIDEO: WizKid’s Bodyguard Punches Fan Who Tries To Steal His Diamond Chain In Lagos

A video of a bodyguard of Grammy star, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun better known as Wizkid, tackling a man who tried to steal his diamond chain has surfaced on social media.

Ezenwoko’s Blog reports the music star held his Lagos show on Thursday night, 30th December 2021.

A bodyguard of the 31-year-old singer who was on his way out of the beach was seen punching a zealous fan who tried to steal Wizkid’s diamond chain.

The yet-to-be-identified fan, unfortunately was badly hit on face.

Meanwhile, Wizkid has recently reacted to the outburst of Ghanaian singer, Shatta Wale.

Ezenwoko’s Blog recalls that Shatta Wale attacked Nigerian singers in a series of social media posts on Monday. 

According to the Dancehall artiste, Nigerian singers do not support nor promote other African acts like they do with Nigerian content.

Shatta Wale also boastfully shared photos of his concert attendance on his Instagram page on Sunday in which he sold out a stadium in Ghana and said he doesn’t need any Nigerian artiste to make his concert a success

Reacting to the development, Wizkid noted that he doesn’t care about nationality as he treats everyone like his brother or sister. He also stressed it’s one Africa whether it’s Kenya, Ghana, or Nigeria.
