Job Description
- Source top software engineering, data science, product design and product management talents online to build a funnel of qualified candidates for a quickly scaling and dynamic global team.
- Build a pipeline of software engineering and data science talents across skillsets required by the organisation.
- Collaborate with required stakeholders to make Reliance Health an employee of choice within the tech ecosystem.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with management on future hiring needs.
- Create and optimise frameworks that guarantee effective, punctual and delightful evaluation of candidates.
- Coordinate (using recruiting software & tracking systems) and communicate with internal stakeholders to guarantee headcount is filled on time, and through the most equitable and objective processes possible.
- Coordinate recruiting tasks to ensure a consistent data collection towards active sourcing, candidate application review, interview pass-through rates and hiring goals.
Job Experience
- Tertiary Education from a recognised institution
- Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting roles in software engineering, data science, product design and/or product management.
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
- Organizational & project management skills
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience recruiting in foreign markets is an added advantage.
- Experience with technical assessment tools such as Coder Byte, Test Gorilla, Hacker Rank, etc.
- Ability to understand and explain technical requirements & qualifications to candidates.

Job Description
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

- Manage customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due.
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND, B.Sc Degree.
- NYSC certificate is not required.
- Driven self-starter and goal-oriented.
- Experience in sales of financial/insurance products.
- A portfolio of SME pipeline deals is an added advantage.
- Proximity to Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Surulere, Amuwo Odofin, Yaba, Apapa, Ikeja, Alimosho, Ikorodu Or Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
- 6 months – 2 years of field sales experience is an added advantage.

Salary
Comfort with N45,000 monthly salary + as much as 200,000 naira commission on sales.

The Role
- This role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new Healthcare providers, agreeing on favourable tariffs for the benefit of all stakeholders, ensuring prompt payment of claims to all provider partners, and instituting systems for the provision of excellent quality service delivery to our enrollees.
- Design and implement provider management onboarding initiatives and forums across our network, that ensure our providers are apprised of our quality care expectations, knowledge of our communication/escalation platforms, and clarity on SLA terms.
- Onboard providers at record time – based on requests from relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation of all provider agreements.
- Contribute to setting and implementing network/tariff strategies and policies.
- Negotiate competitive tariffs with prospective healthcare providers.
- Design initiatives to improve and maintain the Provider Incidence Score.
- Coordinate all activities of the provider operations team.
