• Current Tax Clearance/Payment Slip: A most recent copy of your tax clearance certificate is required in .PDF format only.
• Means of Identification (National I.D, Drivers licenses, International passport, Voter's Card): A digital copy of your means of identification is required here. The following image formats are supported on the platform: .PNG, .JPEG
• Letter of first appointment and Gazette of confirmation of appointment (for Public Servants)
• Letter of recommendation from any Primary Mortgage Bank (for Mortgage Subscribers)

Additional Information on NHP Application Form 2021

• Payment of Non-Refundable application fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only through Remita.
• A pin would be generated to give the applicant access to the portal to complete the application form.
• All applicants are required to print out successfully completed application forms for onward submission to their Primary Mortgage Bank for mortgage facility. Applicants whose mortgage applications are successful would be allocated the house type of their choice in their preferred location.
• Adult above 18 years, have a verifiable means of income or employment and a contributor to National Housing Fund and must comply with the terms and conditions of sale including completing online application.
