Live Updates: IPOB’S Nnamdi Kanu Resumes Treason Trial In Abuja

The trial of the detained leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, continues today.

Ezenwoko’s Blog reports that the pro-Biafra activist is standing trial before Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court.

Nnamdi Kanu, who had some of the charges levelled against him by the Federal Government struck, will resume his defence against other charges today.

Amongst those set to defend the IPOB leader are renowned human rights and constitutional lawyer, Mike Ozekhome (SAN) and Ifeanyi Ejiofor.
