‘It’s Unique’- Reactions As Beautiful Couple Weds In Isi Agu Attire

A beautiful Nigerian couple has sparked reactions on social media after they shun the white wedding dress for the bride and the groom in exchange for Isiagu.

In the photos that were shared on social media, the yet-to-be identified couples chose to have their church wedding dressed in the Igbo traditional attire known as Isiagu.

The groom wore a gown top made from Isiagu material and cream pants while the bride wore a dress made from Isiagu with a white veil embroidery from the Isiagu material sewn to it.

The wedding guest also wore Isiagu.

Reacting to the photos, one instagram user, named collins wrote; ‘Yes I love that Africa need to wake up this is our traditional, white wedding is not our traditional’

In other news, a married woman who reportedly stole and ran away with her husband’s money has been arrested by security operatives alongside her boyfriend.

According to reports, the woman who is from Chitungwiza in Zimbabwe reportedly stole $1,500 from her husband and ran away with it.

She was later caught with her boyfriend at Gombe Lodge in Seke, Chitungwiza, two days after and taken into police custody.

Sharing photos on Facebook, Within Zimbabwe wrote; ‘Chitungwiza married woman stole $1,500 from her husband and ran away.The husband went to seek help from Mapositori. She was caught 2 days after while spending the money together with her Boyfriend at Gombe Lodge in Seke, Chitungwiza.”
