The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Usman Alkali Baba has shown interest in the case of a police officer, Okoi Liyomo who was captured on camera flogging a man with a cutlass in Cross River State.

A video was said to have gone viral on social media capturing the moment the personnel used the side of a cutlass to flog an individual.
