I won't partake in secular movie productions – Seun Adejumobi

A Christian actor, producer and movie director, Seun Adejumobi, has said that he does not plan to feature in secular movies.

He told Sunday Scoop, “I am a man under the authority and instructions of God. Acting for me is a tool given to me to fulfil God's assignment.

“It is for me to enlighten men about God's Word. It is for me to invest in the regeneration of many souls to God's kingdom.

“It is for me to aid the end-time agenda in reviving many Lives. For me, it is beyond entertainment or me mixing with secular attractions that can distract the Kingdom agenda.”

Speaking on his project titled, Second Vow, Adejumobi, who is the founder of Fruit Bearers Ministries, said, “It is basically about a nagging, emotionally insecure and hyper-vigilant wife, trying to keep her home safe in an unwise manner. In the process, she was already foolishly heading to destroy her home.

“My expectation for viewers is for them to see that it takes the wisdom of God to relate as husband and wife.

“We must also be men and women who have experienced the love of God before entering into marital relationships. That way, we can replicate the love experience with God in our marital relationships.”

On how he approaches the process of selecting and developing scripts to effectively convey spiritual messages, he noted that he usually depended on the help of the Holy Spirit.
