“He made a picture”– Former Napoli striker salutes Osimhen’s ‘Pele-like’ goal

The outstanding goal scored by Victor Osimhen was named Serie A goal of the month for January.

In his post-victory reflections, the Brazilian praised the two goals scored by Neapolitan players and said that the challenges Jose Mourinho’s team encountered were anticipated.

However, Roma is a good team with an experienced coach like Mourinho, the difficulties encountered by Napoli are natural. It mattered to win, I don’t know what the starting team is, but the players on the bench are also making a difference.” he said further.

Prior to the match against Roma, the Super Eagles’ star player had the highest per-90 average for non-penalty goals (0.93), shots (4.5), non-penalty xG (0.66), and touches in the opponent’s box (8.3).
