THE FACILITATOR.

CHIOMA REJOICE AGBO is a distinguished graduate of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. In 2020, she was honored with an Award for the Most Influential Law Student of the Faculty of Law where her journey as a remarkable Student Leader commenced.

While awaiting Law School, Chioma went to Bible school, where she demonstrated academic excellence both in scriptures and otherwise, emerging as the Best Graduating Student of Evangel Academy.

In 2022, she rose to prominence as the Vice President of the Pioneer Set of the Nigerian Law School Port Harcourt, where her exemplary leadership earned her multiple accolades, including the Most Influential Law School Student Award, the Award for Exceptional Diligence and Service, and the Award for Outstanding Leadership during the Law Ladies’ Day celebration.

Her dogged commitment to leadership within the Nigerian Law School earned her the popular nickname, “Capacity.”

Her impact did not go unnoticed as Hon. Justice Mary Ukaego Peter-Odili, JSC (Rtd.), Her Excellency Prof. Ngozi Odu, Deputy Governor Rivers State and Mrs. Inime Chinwenwo Aguma, former Commissioner for Social Welfare, Rivers State, recognized her exceptional role in empowering female Law students.

As a passionate advocate for mentorship, Chioma co-founded The Counsel Club, a non-governmental organization dedicated to guiding young lawyers (new wigs) in the legal profession. She is also the founder of the Lady Capacity Charity and Awareness Foundation, an initiative committed to the care, education, health, and empowerment of women and children.

Further solidifying her professional capacity, she holds a certification from the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in Data Protection and Intellectual Property: Law, Policy, and Practice.

Presently, Chioma is engaged with the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), where she contributes to corporate and commercial practice. She is also developing her new found flair in Space Law and a solid member of AstroHub Space Club.

Beyond the law, Chioma nurtures her creative skills in writing and others such as fashion, a craft she describes as her personal philosophy—“Fashion unites all.”
