Galatasaray owned Nigerian forward wants to leave Belgian club in January
The Turkish side have a Nigerian player on loan in the Belgian top-flight, but he wants to quit in January due to a lack of opportunities
Galatasaray forward Jesse Sekidika wants to leave Oud-Heverlee Leuven in January because of his lack of playing time.
Sekidika is on loan at Oud-Heverlee Leuven from the Turkish Giants, but his time at the club has been far from ideal.
The 25-year-old has found opportunities hard to come by, with just three appearances so far this season.
Sekidika is yet to make an appearance in the Belgian Jupiler League, although he has played two times in the Champions League qualifying round and once in the Europa League.
The former Konyaspor attacker had hoped to put his career back on track with a move to the Belgian club, but his relationship with the coach has denied him game time.
It now remains to be seen where he ends up in January, although a move back to his parent club is also a possibility.
