Nottingham Forest have beaten Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-3 on penalties to advance to the semifinals of the Carabao Cup after a 90 minutes 1-1 draw at City Ground on Wednesday.

Forest scored first in the 18th minute and held the lead up until the 64th minute before Wolves forward, Raul Jimenez, levelled the scoreline in the 64 minute, dragging Forest into a penalty shootout.
