#ENDSARSMemorial: Reactions As SegaLink Blocks Rinu On Twitter

Nigerians have taken to social media to lampoon popular activist, Segun Awosanya, better known as SegaLink for blocking Rinu from following him on Twitter.

Rinu Oduala is a human rights activist who was at the forefront of last year’s EndSARS protest against police brutality in the country.

Awosanya on the other hand, Ezenwoko’s Blog understands is also a human activist and a realtor.

The duo each played a role in the 2020 EndSars protest which was later sabotaged by hoodlums.

Ezenwoko’s Blog recall that SegaLink at some point last year, admonished Nigerian youths to withdraw from streets noting that the peaceful protest has been hijacked by hoodlums.

The activist received insults and was called unprinted names for his comment on social media. Some believed SegaLink was paid off to back out from the demonstration which he also had agitated for.

Rinu on the other hand continued with the fight against assault by men of the Nigeria Police Force, a development that got her name appear on the news as a hero.

However, as youths troop out today to mark one year anniversary of the events that unfolded last October, SegaLink blocked Rinu from accessing or tagging him to any post related to the demonstration.

She shared a screenshot of SegaLink’s action wondering why he blocked her when she has not event tagged him to any post on the ongoing.

Write twitted: “I haven’t even tweeted a thing against him. Funny person.”

Reacting to SegaLink’s action, Nigerians on the social media platform lampooned the activist, labelling him with different names.
