Days After Obi Cubana’s Arrest, Cubana Chief Priest ‘Declares Bankruptcy’, Seeks ‘Prayers’

Celebrity barman, Cubana ChiefPriest whose real name is Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu has declared himself bankrupt days after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested his former boss, Obi Cubana.

Ezenwoko’s Blog understands that Cubana, on Monday, honored an invite to the office of the EFCC to answer questions bordering on alleged offences of money laundering and tax fraud, although reports reaching Ezenwoko’s Blog notes that the anti-graft agency just released the businessman.

In a new Instagram post, Cubana Chiefpriest who’s currently running a building project shared a post via his Instagram page playfully ‘seeking’ prayers from fans and well-wishers, whilst declaring himself bankrupt. 

According to the celebrity barman, he’s broke and bankrupt and needs prayers.

He wrote; ”Boke N Bankrupt, Pls Pray For Me N My Guy This Sapa Too Shall Pass Away. Help Me If You Can @nastyblaq Don Finish Me”

Meanwhile, Cubana Chief Priest recently reacted to the arrest of his friend and boss, Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana).

Ezenwoko’s Blog reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission arrested the billionaire businessman and socialite on Monday, November 1 over alleged money laundering and tax fraud.

Reacting to the arrest of the 46-year-old Anambra-born entertainer, Cubana Chief Priest took to his Instagram page to demand the release.

He charged the commission to free Obi Cubana, adding that Igbos are used to the EFCC treatment. Cubana Chief Priest’s post read: ”What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, we Igbos are used to this. #freeobicubana.”
