Appeal to NBA to endorse skill development among lawyers
A lawyer ,Yemi Adedoyin Shyllon has called on the Nigerian Bar Association to organize an entrepreneur and vocational seminars for skill development outside legal profession, particularly for the benefits of fresh law graduates.
He further stated that the group should focus on professional development of lawyers and serve as a good platform for networking among lawyers .He charged the NBA to provide , through its conferences an seminars, the platform to address and proffer solutionstonthe challenges faced by its members .
He stated that NBA has thousands of fresh lawyers ,taking up menial jobs which is unrelated to their training and lamented over fresh wigs husting for jobs around courts being referred to as charge and bail.He further appeals that the group should do better in the wellness of the board.
