Justice Lemea Ngbor earned her LL.B (2nd Class Upper) from Rivers State University (2003) and BL (2nd Class Upper) from Nigerian Law School, Lagos (2004).
A Judge of the High Court of Rivers State since January 2020, Justice Ngbor brings to the table a wealth of experience in Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution, International and Domestic Arbitration, and Legal Practice Leadership.
Prior to her elevation to the bench, she led the Dispute Resolution department at Primera Africa Legal (formerly Sterling Partnership) and trained under the esteemed Prof. Fidelis Oditah, KC, SAN. She is a Fellow of the International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDRI), Member, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (MCIArb.) and Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators (ICMC).
