Names Of Suspects Arrested By The Police For The Invasion Of Justice Odili’s Residence (Full List)

The Nigeria Police Force on Thursday announced that fourteen suspects have been arrested in connection with the unlawful invasion of the Abuja residence of Justice Mary Odili, a justice of the Supreme Court.

The Force Public Relations Officer, CP Frank Mba made the disclosure on Thursday while parading the suspects at the Force Headquarters Annex in Abuja.

As earlier reported by Ezenwoko’s Blog, one of the arrested suspects includes a fake Chief Superintendent of Police identified as Lawrence Ajojo who reportedly led the team.

Seven others, including two (2) persons believed to be personnel of the Nigeria Army are still at large and security operatives are in pursuit.

According to Mba, the suspects are “members of a well-organized criminal gang with a web-like involvement of individuals drawing from their different competences, professional background and social contacts in perfecting the criminal plot.”

  • Maimuna Maishanu ‘f’,
  • Ayodele Akindipe ‘m’,
  • Yusuf Adamu ‘m’,
  • Bashir Musa ‘m’,
  • ASP Mohammed Yahaya ‘m’,
  • Stanley Nkwazema ‘m’,
  • Shehu Jibo ‘m’
  • Abdullahi Adamu ‘m’,
  • L/CPL Mike (other name unknown) ‘m’

It will be recalled that some ‘security operatives’ on Friday 29th October, 2021 stormed the Maitama home of the Supreme Court Judge, Mary Odili in Abuja.

The operatives were said to have gone to the judge’s home to execute a search warrant as part of investigations into her husband, Peter Odili, who is a former Governor of Rivers State.

The security operatives, who came with a search warrant, were said they received information on “illegal activities” going on in the house.
