Man Served Quit Notice For Bringing Several Girls Into His Rented Apartment

A Nigerian man has reportedly been given a quit notice to vacate his apartment due to an activity that did not please the landlord.

The landlord in the notice noted that the tenancy agreement of the man will expire on November 30th and will not be renewed.

The owner of the apartment further stated that the act of prostitution in which several girls are brought into the apartment by the tenant is responsible for the quit notice.

According to the landlord, several warnings had been handed over to the tenant to desist from his sexual activity but to no avail.

The development forced the landlord to direct the tenant identified as Babajide on the notice to vacate the apartment latest the ending of the month.

The notice reads, “Your tenancy agreement expired on November 30th 2021 and will not be renew, your act of prostitution in which several girls are brought into the apartment currently occupied by you can no longer be accepted.

“Several warnings has been handed over to desist from your indiscriminately sexual activity but to no avail.

“You are here by given to the end of November to vacate the apartment currently occupied by you.”
